Accessing our services in the Tees Valley & Durham Area

You can self-refer by contacting your local Cruse Office or using the Contact Form.

Are you a GP, Health Professional or teacher who would like to access our services
for a patient or pupil?

You may contact Cruse on their behalf, with their consent, by telephoning the local office.

You will be asked to provide the client’s name, address and phone number and details of the bereavement. We will then write to the client inviting them to contact Cruse to confirm they would like bereavement support.
